Protect your child’s smile with Curodont, a gentle, non-invasive treatment for eligible early-stage cavities. At Lil’ Dente Pediatric Dentistry, we use this brush-on solution to help strengthen weakened enamel without drilling, injections, or tooth staining.
Curodont is a professional, non-invasive treatment designed to help repair eligible early-stage cavities before they become deeper. It is gently applied to the affected area, where it supports the natural remineralization of weakened enamel using minerals already present in saliva.
Unlike a traditional filling, Curodont usually does not require drilling or numbing when used for a suitable early cavity. It is also non-staining and can be a comfortable option for children with early enamel decay or white spot lesions.

Some early cavities may be treated before they require drilling or a traditional filling. Curodont Repair Fluoride Plus is applied directly to eligible early, non-cavitated areas of decay, including certain white spot lesions, to support the natural remineralization of weakened enamel.

Dr. Naomi became a pediatric dentist and opened Lil' Dente Pediatric Dentistry to make a lasting difference in children's lives. At Lil’ Dente Pediatric Dentistry, we focus on finding and treating tooth decay as early as possible through thorough, preventive-focused care. Our pediatric dentists use a combination of advanced diagnostic tools and clinical experience to detect even the earliest signs of enamel weakening before a cavity fully forms. We carefully evaluate your child’s enamel health, review dental X-rays when needed, and assess overall cavity risk factors such as diet, oral hygiene habits, fluoride exposure, and previous history of decay. Based on this comprehensive assessment, we determine whether Curodont is the right option or if another preventive or restorative approach would better support your child’s long-term oral health.
Our team understands the unique needs of children and provides treatment in a calm, welcoming environment designed to help young patients feel comfortable.
We use conservative treatment options whenever appropriate to protect healthy enamel and avoid unnecessary drilling or more extensive dental work.
Curodont is not suitable for every cavity. We explain all appropriate options clearly and create a treatment plan based on your child’s specific dental needs.
Our pediatric dentist checks the affected area and may review dental X-rays to confirm that the decay is early enough for Curodont treatment.
The tooth is gently cleaned and prepared before Curodont is brushed onto the weakened enamel. The application is quick and usually requires no drilling or injections.
We evaluate the treated area during future dental visits to make sure the enamel remains stable and the decay is not progressing.
